Finding Hidden Money: Divorce Dissipation
Many divorces deal with the financial after-effect of assets that are missing, hidden or dissipated. This CLE and Continuing Education seminar will explain how to discuss this sensitive area with clients and how important this information can be to settlement. We will show how fraud with direct evidence can often bend the entire settlement to our client's advantage.
